So Oma Hamou's lover/boyfriend is a major HYPOCRITE as well...

Ole Mike Newson sure makes a lot of noise about that Atchison guy operating his business while suspended for not filing a tax document. Newson goes on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on about that. Calls Atchison a "fraud" a "con artist"
His exact words: how could they continue to do business in the name of the corporation? Not to mention that Texas law said that they no longer had the right to conduct business as normal for Pallasart “Inc.”? And if so, why did they continue to do so ignoring the law? ... and representing that it is an up and up corporation, legitimate --- when in fact it wasn't. We know that he did this in 2004 – so it’s not like its his first time or that no one attempted to educate him that what he was doing was fraudulent and against the law.

WEELLLL, some simple searches turned up the following:

On May 1, 2003, Oma Hamou's company "Engima Films, Inc." has "all rights and privileges SUSPENDED by the State of California Franchise Tax Board for not paying its taxes.

On November 8, 2004, Oma Hamou's company "Sarsakia Foundation" had "all rights and privileges" SUSPENDED by the State of California Franchise Tax Board for not paying its taxes.

Now, both these companies were not re-instated until May 2005. Yet, we know from the press releases and internet archive pages of Sarskaia and Oma Hamou that SHE continued to "do business" throughout that entire time.

SO: THE MILLION DOLLAR QUESTION: Why is Oma Hamou a "good person" despite not keeping her corporations in good standing and then continuing to operate them both FOR OVER TWO YEARS as if they were, after the state notified her that she could not conduct business as usual,yet that Atchison guy is this major "criminal" for doing the same thing, for less than six months??

I mean, how could Oma Hamou continue to do business in the name of the corporations? Not to mention that CALIFONIA law said that SHE no longer had the right to conduct business as normal for Enigma Films “Inc.” or Sarskaia? And if so, why did SHE continue to do so ignoring the law? and representing that THEY were an up and up corporation, legitimate --- when in fact it THEY WEREN'T?

By Mike Newson's OWN WORDS the actions of Oma Hamou MUST have been "what she was doing was fraudulent and against the law."

So, Oma Hamou's alter ego boyfriend/sockpuppet insists that "he" is a real person, and speaking without Oma Hamou's permission about all of these things that he seems to have immediate knowledge of and unlimited access to documents belonging to Oma Hamou which ordinarily wouldn't be in his possession.

Since this guy Mike Newson insists he IS real, and acting on his own free voluntary basis to involve himself in that Oma Hamou stuff, it seems only reasonable to figure out just who he is, and assess HIS credibility with regard to all these public statements he is making.
